At Bear Tackle, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because we sell both Bear Tackle bait products and made-to-order clothing, dispatch and delivery times can vary depending on the products in your order.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver Bear Tackle bait liquids throughout the United Kingdom.

Bait liquid orders are normally prepared and dispatched on the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Available shipping options and the applicable cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note that dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. During particularly busy periods or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer.

Clothing Orders

Bear Tackle clothing is produced and fulfilled on our behalf by a specialist print and fulfilment partner.

As many clothing products are made to order, they may require additional production time before being dispatched.

The estimated delivery time shown at checkout therefore includes, where applicable, both production and shipping time.

Orders Containing Clothing & Bait Liquids

If you order clothing and bait products together, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This is because our bait liquids are dispatched separately from clothing produced by our fulfilment partner.

You will not necessarily receive every item from a mixed order in the same delivery, even though the products were purchased together.

Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for individual shipments.

No Rush Delivery

Where No Rush Delivery is available at checkout, this is our lower-cost delivery option for customers who don't need their order immediately.

Orders using this service may take longer to arrive than our standard delivery services. Any estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

Bear Tackle clothing may be available for delivery to selected European and international destinations displayed at checkout.

Bear Tackle bait liquids are currently available for UK delivery only.

If your country is not available as a delivery destination at checkout, unfortunately we are currently unable to ship the selected product to that location.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and fulfilment location.

International Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to local customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Bear Tackle is not responsible for additional customs or import charges imposed by local authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated according to the products in your order, delivery destination and shipping method available.

The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Because different Bear Tackle products may be fulfilled from different locations, shipping charges and delivery times can vary between products.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided with your order once the relevant shipment has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@beartackle.co.uk.

We will try to amend the details where possible, but once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address.

Delayed Orders

Delivery dates are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, customs, severe weather, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment where possible.
