Where are Bear Tackle bait liquids made?
Our Bear Tackle Ooze liquids are developed and prepared in small batches, allowing us to focus on consistency and quality throughout production.
What can I use Bear Tackle Ooze on?
Our liquid attractants are designed to be versatile and can be used with boilies, pellets, particles, spod mixes and other suitable baits.

Are your bait liquids PVA friendly?
Where a Bear Tackle liquid is suitable for use with PVA, this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
We recommend checking the product information before using any liquid directly with PVA bags or mesh.
How should I store my bait liquids?
Keep your Bear Tackle liquids tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Shake well before use.
Is Bear Tackle clothing made to order?
Some of our clothing and lifestyle products are produced specifically after your order is placed.
This helps us offer a wider selection of designs, colours and sizes while avoiding unnecessary stock and waste.
Because certain items are produced to order, clothing may occasionally arrive separately from other Bear Tackle products in the same order.
Will all the products in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily.
Bear Tackle works with different production and fulfilment methods depending on the product. For example, bait products and made-to-order clothing may be dispatched separately.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking notification.
There is no need to worry if one part of your order arrives before another.
How long does clothing take to produce?
Made-to-order clothing requires a short production period before dispatch.
Estimated production and delivery times will be shown during checkout or on the relevant product page where available.
During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
How do I choose the right clothing size?
Please check the size guide provided on each clothing product page before ordering.
Fits may vary between garments, particularly between regular and oversized styles, so we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying solely on your normal clothing size.
Do you accept returns?
Yes.
We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items returned because of a change of mind should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Different rules may apply to consumables, personalised products and hygiene-sensitive items.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs or video of the issue
We'll review the problem and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Can I return an opened bait liquid?
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used bait liquids and other consumable products generally cannot be returned simply because you've changed your mind.
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll investigate it.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
We'll always try to help, but some products enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once manufacturing or fulfilment has begun, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel that item.
Do you ship throughout the UK?
Yes. Bear Tackle delivers across the UK.
Available delivery services, estimated times and costs are displayed at checkout.
Do you ship to Europe?
Where European delivery is available for a particular product, eligible destinations and shipping options will appear at checkout.
Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, international availability can vary between items.
Will I have to pay customs charges on international orders?
Depending on your destination and where a product is dispatched from, international orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges.
Where these are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient according to local regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once an eligible order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where available.
If an order contains products dispatched separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking systems can occasionally take a little time to update after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If tracking hasn't changed for an unusual period or your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible after the estimated delivery date.
We'll investigate with the relevant delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution if the shipment is confirmed as lost.
