Bear Tackle products are designed to assist anglers, but we do not guarantee particular fishing results.

Fish behaviour and fishing success are influenced by numerous factors outside our control, including weather, water temperature, venue conditions, fish populations, angling technique, bait presentation and location.

Purchasing or using a Bear Tackle bait product therefore does not guarantee that fish will be caught.

7. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to acceptance by Bear Tackle.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
• payment cannot be authorised;

11. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery availability, shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Bear Tackle bait liquids are currently intended for UK delivery only, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Selected clothing products may be available for delivery to additional countries.

12. Split Deliveries

Some Bear Tackle products are fulfilled from different locations.

For example, Bear Tackle bait liquids may be dispatched separately from clothing manufactured and shipped by one of our fulfilment partners.

If your order contains different types of products, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.

This does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.

13. Delivery Times

Any delivery or dispatch timeframe shown on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays can occur due to courier networks, manufacturing times, customs, severe weather, periods of unusually high demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

Being made to order does not, by itself, remove statutory cancellation or return rights where those rights apply.

Purchasing a Bear Tackle product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property rights.

19. Reselling Bear Tackle Products

Purchasing products through our retail website does not automatically make a customer an authorised Bear Tackle retailer, distributor or representative.

Businesses wishing to stock or distribute Bear Tackle products should contact us separately regarding trade opportunities.

You must not represent yourself as an authorised Bear Tackle retailer, distributor, employee or representative without our permission.
